It is not often I’m blown away by a commercial… but this latest one from Audi has me covered in goosebumps and makes me desperately lusting for an RS5. They have taken some footage from Evel Knievel’s snake river jump and married it with a huge team from Audi and the new RS5 which they appear to “Launch” over the snake river canyon. While I’m sure that this is a bunch of CGI, it certainly got me more excited by a commercial than I have in a long time. You know, the kind of excitement a teenager gets when they see their first Victoria’s Secret commercial! Wow Audi, props to you and your team. I love this commercial! Let me know if you guys agree!

Great commercial. If it had been me, I would have used the convertible, and painted it to look like the Sky-Cycle. I would have also included a quick montage of Evel’s made jumps, after all, he only missed like 14 out of 300 times. Great homage to the man and his promise kept, though. I’ll take one in each color as soon as I win the lottery.
