There have been a growing number of musicians that have featured Audis in their music videos. We just found another one, and this, it is Australian sensation Dianna Corcoran. She takes it to the next level by shooting the entire music video at Audi Centre Sydney. Dianna is a pop-country star down under, and after watching this video we can certainly see why. Oh, and her music is pretty good too. While we know this video is from last year, we felt it worthy enough of a post! Enjoy it…

Portugal pop star, Diego Miranda, released a new music video for his new single “Speed” featuring Vanessa yesterday. The video features an Audi R8 which is used as a main part of the video and is shown throughout including some nice driving scenes complete with some nice exhaust sounds. The video feautres a simple plot where the main subject (Played by Vanessa) uses the R8 to smuggle diamonds. I can’t say I blame her, if I was looking for a fast getaway car, the R8 would certainly be at the top of my list. Anyways, enjoy the footage of the R8! I can’t say much for the music itself… Also at the end of the video an Audi A6 appears as one of the “police” vehicles. It almost makes you wonder if Audi was involved in this shoot somehow? The Audi A7 Sportback has scored a big victory: the five-door coupé has been selected the winner of the “Auto Bild” Design Summit. The technology transfer from the concept study to the serial-production Audi Carbon Ski was crucial throughout all of the developmental phases. A cab of high-strength carbon fiber encloses layers of aluminum and titanium, as well as a wood core. At 1,550 grams (with a ski length of 170 cm), the ski will be about 200 grams lighter than comparable models. This allows it to be incredibly maneuverable and agile.
The carbon allows the engineers to achieve optimal stiffness while also minimizing torsion, which is the twisting of the ski along its longitudinal axis. Outstanding strength, good dampening and low weight make the Audi Carbon Ski a carving ski that fully lives up to the Audi philosophy of “Vorsprung durch Technik.”
The Audi A1 has been showing up all over the place since its launch and this new music video from the German band House Rockerz is just another example. Here is a snippet from the source and the video after the jump. Enjoy! Continue reading ‘Audi A1 featured in German pop video’
Extraordinary trade fair displays are ‘par for the course’ at Audi, and have been for years. This was true at Design Miami in Basel and Miami, and it will also be true at the Milan Furniture Fair, also commonly known as the Milan Design Week, were Audi will have a display for the first time ever. The highlight will be Lucid Flux, a light installation by innovative designer Moritz Waldemeyer to showcase two new Audi models, the sub-compact A1 and the A8 luxury sedan. (continue reading...)
