Audi paid € 6,513 per employee profit sharing in Germany

AUDI AG involved their staff in the successful year 2010: each of the some 42,500 non-managerial employees at the German sites receive a bonus of € 6,513 on average. This corresponds to about one and a half months’ pay and is the highest value, which is paid since the existence of this form of participation in business success to the employees. Even at its plants in Belgium and Hungary comparable performance bonuses are paid.

It has a lot going for it, including the presentation to visitors of the Audi A1 on February 11. In addition, Audi e-tron stands at the ready for a test drive in a spectacular racing game. Green Police, the much-anticipated Super Bowl ad from Audi, debuted today in advance of its airing during the fourth quarter of the big game on Sunday.
Fans of the Audi Facebook page had exclusive access Thursday evening to the Green Police ad in its entirety. The Facebook page also features other bonus material, including a download of the ‘Green Police’ remix that the legendary rock band Cheap Trick did in studio to customize its classic song ‘Dream Police’ for this Audi ad.
