Audi today announced its complete lineup for the 2014 Model Year, including full line pricing and numerous vehicle additions and enhancements.
Continuing its growth strategy with a focus on balanced performance solutions – enhancements in technology, innovative design and driving dynamics that improve efficiency and performance, Audi announces numerous additions and enhancements to its 2014 Model Year lineup. Audi now offers TDI® clean diesel variants of the A6, A7, A8 and Q5, marking the first time Audi features a full lineup of TDI clean diesel vehicles in the U.S. The RS 7, the most powerful RS model ever offered in the U.S., joins the lineup this fall, representing the epitome of aesthetic design, innovative technology and track-tested performance. Also new to the lineup is the high-performance SQ5, the first-ever S variant of any Audi Q model. The R8 model line is now optimized with a new incredibly fast-shifting double-clutch transmission and the all-new R8 V10 plus model.

AUDI AG enjoyed continued sales growth in May by handing over some 137,200 cars to customers, representing an increase of 6.4 percent compared with the prior-year month. The new A3 family and Audi SUV models in particular strengthened business for the four rings. From January through May, Audi sold around 640,200 cars for a year-on-year boost of 6.7 percent.

A jury of 87 motoring journalists from around the world has voted the Audi 2.5-liter TFSI as the “International Engine of the Year 2013” in the 2-liter to 2.5-liter category. This engine therefore retains the award that it won the previous three years.

Audi today reported May 2013 sales of 13,228 vehicles, a 15% increase over the previous May record set last year. Showing no signs of slowing in the U.S market, Audi May sales stand as the 29th consecutive monthly record for the brand.

Audi of America today debuts a new advertising and marketing campaign that that celebrates the heritage and spirit of the century-old brand and brings to life the Audi tagline “Truth in Engineering.”

Today we received the 2014 Audi order guide. 2014 brings some great additions to the Audi line up including the Q5 TDI, A6 TDI, A7 TDI, A8 L TDI, RS 5 Cabriolet, RS 7, and R8 the receives a facelift including an all new S Tronic gearbox.

AUDI AG has enjoyed the strongest first quarter in its history: With worldwide deliveries reaching around 369,500 units for January through March, the company improved on the prior-year quarter by 6.8 percent. In this period, the automotive manufacturer achieved growth in all of its three main sales regions Europe, Asia and North America. Unit sales in March played a major role in this respect. Audi handed over around 147,700 cars to customers – 3.0 percent more than one year earlier. This made the past month the strongest March ever for the Ingolstadt-based manufacturer.
