Our friends over at DRIVE posted their latest TUNED video. Matt Farah headed to Opelika, Alabama Home of APR to test drive the prototype 600 HP TT RS stage-3. We’ve driven the stock TT RS several times and can only imagine how awesome it is with extra power. APRs bolt-on kits have proven themselves over and over with many owners running cars with well over 150,000 miles on the clock. APR has shipped test kits all over the world to aid in the development and ensure there won’t be any issues globally and wrack up as many miles as possible.

True that. The last 5 banger Ur-S car would have been the last Canadian-only UrS6 in 1997. Using maths, that’s 15 years.
Cool sleeper -ok, excellent horsepower -yes and APR does phenomenal work as always (no knock there) but I still don’t like the fact that Tuner’s are sacrificing the 3,800 rpm & down range in order to gain big horsepower at top-end. I’m disappointed that none of the Audi/Vdub tuner’s have put together a stage III system utilizing A Porsche VTG Turbo out a 997. You do that then you’ve produced something that will be jaw dropping throughout the whole rpm range with BIG horsepower!. But you’ll still need to add a switchable Haldex Perfomance -Stock/Race/Eco Gen 4 Controller- from HPA Motorsports for the TTRS. Now you’ve got something. Then I’m impressed.
