Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona – 10 Hour Update

All of the Audi R8 Grand-Am cars are running strong and in the top 10. The #52 APR entry was leading handily when it came in for a scheduled pit stop – however Grand Am officials mistakenly accused them of coming in when the pits were closed. This was not the case and the team has video evidence. Unfortunately though the officials decided to hold the car for well over 1 lap as penalty dropping them back to P10. We are very disheartened to see this unfortunate turn of events – but the good news is that the car is running fast and strong and they are making up pace. They made it back up to P8 but dropped to P12 after a drivers change.
