The 54th running of the 24-hour race was unforgettable for Audi this year. With Audi securing the 1 and 2 spots. Though, the greatest story of the race was the #6 car driven by Tom Kristensen, Andre Lotterer, and Marcel Fassler who recovered from 63rd to 6th place after a McLaren made contact with them while entering the pits.
